Chandigarh, India MIC Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd. Full time

**Position Summary**:
The successful incumbent is responsible for the screening and admissions support of prospective students to the International Institutions. He/she also works with Agents and the Global Admissions team at our Consultancy. This role is specifically focused on admissions support of students from India, and closely surrounding regions.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily screening of applicants,.
- Hold strong knowledge of college programs
- Interview students to understand their objectives and background and provide clarifications to queries in a fast, efficient and professional manner.
- Work closely with the partner institutions to ensure compliance and accurate processes.
- Stay up to date on all changes to admissions criteria and program entry requirements.
- Liaise with Agents regarding admission requests made for their recruited students
- Advise applicants about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, housing, services and cost.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate reports.

**Education And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum two years of working experience in international student recruitment and admissions, preferably with internal auditing experience.
- Full fluency in English, Punjabi and Hindi, both verbal and written, is required.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment involving multiple demands.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
