**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Provide detailed information and answer queries regarding our offerings.
- Maintain a record of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Assist in developing scripts and call strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
