**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inquiries.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and resolve customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (IT industry preferred).
- Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,368.82 - ₹20,502.22 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
