_**Essentials Requirements**:_

a) Having good knowledge in subcontract process like Turning, Milling, Grinding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Press components.

b) Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering Drawings.

c) Ability to interact and finalize pricing and PDC’s of machining components with suppliers to keep total BOM cost with in control and reducing turnaround time.

d) Inspection knowledge will be an added advantage.

e) Having knowledge in casting, moulding, heat treatment and related process.

i. Will work from Coimbatore and visit Trichy on weekly basis.

ii. Responsible for end to end processing of all out sourcing, sub-contractors of mechanical components out of suitable vendors at any city.

iii. Responsible to ensure the manufacturing process and pre-dispatch quality of items from sub-contractors.

iv. Rising of purchase orders as per the instructions from purchase head.

v. Responsible for cost negotiation with vendors.

vi. Responsible for follow-up of purchase materials.

vii. Responsible for purchasing quality materials as per quality norms.

viii. Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure on time purchase deliveries with proper documents as per procurement plan and other purchase made on internal request.

ix. Maintain the Inventory level in expected target to ensure the uninterrupted flow to production and to avoid overage.

x. Periodical reconciliation of supplier’s materials and payment against the documents with actual receipts.

xi. Responsible for adherence to documentation as per existing ISO procedures.

xii. Travelling: 40 %.

Responsible for any other related additional jobs as and when given by the Management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
