- Have the willingness to stay for a period of time that is no less than 6 months.
- Have competitive traits.
- Be career oriented.
- Understand perfectly the difference between luxury products and regular products.
- Should have experience in sales in premium retail stores.

**POSITION : JUNIOR BRAND AMBASSADOR - LUXURY SEGMENT**

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing, Commerce or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years experience in retail, experience in any type of related luxury segment will be preferred.
- The junior brand ambassador must have strong communication skills and good understanding of consumers’ behavior. He/she must demonstrate a strong ability to attract, engage and close sales.

The Junior Retail Merchandiser is expected to optimise sales volume by:

- Working closely with the sales department in the implementation of sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
- *Being the intermediary between Kaizer and the retail store by ensuring an efficient and clear communication.
- Controlling, on a daily basis, the proper display of products on shelves.
- Creating an engaging and informative interaction with customers by describing product features, advantages and benefits.
- Guiding customers on the correct choice of oil for their particular needs.
- Responding to customers' questions, objections, enquiries and complaints.
- Reporting to the sales department about the sales figures on a weekly basis.
- Handling POs on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring proper Inventory management.

**Salary **:Monthly salary ranges between 15K- 20K, depending on the experience.

**Age **:Minimum of 21 years

**Job Locations**:Delhi,Gurgaon, Mumbai,

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
