**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Culinary Expertise**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of South and North Indian dishes,
- Ensure authenticity and quality in all dishes, while also incorporating creative twists and innovations.
- **Grill Section Management**:

- Oversee the grill section of the kitchen, including meat, seafood, and vegetable grilling.
- Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques for grilled items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the grill area.
- **Menu Development**:

- Develop and update menus for both South and North Indian offerings.
- Introduce new grill items and fusion dishes that complement the existing menu.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels for both Indian and grill ingredients, and place orders as needed.
- Minimize waste and control food costs through effective kitchen management practices.
- **Quality Control and Presentation**:

- Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
- Innovate plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of dishes.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train kitchen staff on South and North Indian cooking techniques, as well as grill operations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to foster skill development.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in South and North Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Experience in grilling techniques, including marination, temperature control, and timing.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
