**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and contracts.
- Follow up on sales leads and finalize sales transactions.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Use CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
