**Sales Executive - Textile & Yarn**

**About the Company**

prominent player in the têxtile industry. seeking to hire a Sales Executive with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the same field to work at our Surat location. The salary will range from INR 18000 to 55000 based on experience and skills.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to boost company growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new areas for business expansion and customer needs
- Organize business meetings with potential clients
- Promote and sell company products and services tailored to meet clients' objectives
- Draft and secure sales contracts within the limits of established rules and guidelines
- Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices, among other documents
- Provide sound feedback and sales support to customers
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Recruit, train and mentor new sales associates to achieve departmental goals
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the têxtile industry
- A demonstrable track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
- A keen understanding of the market and customer needs
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or any other relevant software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- BSC/BA in business administration, sales, or any other relevant field
