**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join the Founder’s Office. This role involves working closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, operations, and project execution. You will act as an enabler for the leadership team—ensuring smooth communication, data-backed decision-making, and seamless execution of key business priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Support**:
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic planning, research, and execution of critical business initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic briefs and presentations.
- Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards and reports for management reviews.
**2. Cross-functional Coordination**:
- Liaise between departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Follow up on key deliverables and ensure timely execution of action items discussed in leadership meetings.
- Manage communication and coordination with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
**3. Project & Operations Management**:
- Oversee special projects from ideation to implementation.
- Manage operational tasks such as vendor management, documentation, and logistics for business processes (including import/export documentation if applicable).
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across teams.
**4. Founder Enablement**:
- Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries when required.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for key meetings and partnerships.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Sheets).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
