Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and designs for HVAC systems using AutoCAD software
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date drawings and designs for HVAC projects
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Review and revise drawings and designs as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA)
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in the HVAC industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2013 or later)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in AutoCAD or a related software
- Experience with other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit)
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA)
- Experience with HVAC design software (e.g., Trane, Carrier)
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification

Industry-Specific Requirements:

- Familiarity with HVAC system design, including air handling units, boilers, chillers, and piping systems
- Knowledge of ductwork design and layout
- Understanding of HVAC system controls and automation
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Trane's TRACE 700, Carrier's Hourly Analysis Program)
