**JD for HVAC Supervisor Position**

1) Diploma/B.Sc with 0-1 years’ work experience in HVAC field.

2) Own two wheeler & Licence is a must. Must be willing to travel to sites

3) Must be Familiar with working on Excel, Outlook etc. Must be willing to send Daily Report.

4) Should know how to properly read AutoCAD drawings.

5) Getting drawing approved from Architect/Client as the case may be.

6) Finalize contractors/others to start the work at site.

7) Constantly monitoring work progress at site. Keeping thorough track of material movement & give accurate records of material consumed & material left at site at all times.

8) Maintaining Stock Register.

9) Getting measurements done, submitting running bills, if any, and getting payments cleared.

10) Co-ordinate with other services at Sites at all times.

11) Coordinating for getting site inspection. Preparing commissioning checklist (Gas calculation sheet etc.)

12) Getting as Built drawing prepared.

13) Line up for commissioning & finally handover site to customer and taking feedback.

14) Complete all Documentation Related to Project.

15) Co-ordinate for Service AMC's etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
