**Project Coordinator**

Markup Designs is looking for smart minded Digital Project Coordinator who will be responsible for monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Follow
- ups with the team for task level activities highlighting the delays and escalating if needed
- Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline Flexible working hours.
- Project planning, deliveries and Manage communication with multiple clients
- Take responsibilities of projects throughout their life cycle
- Understand the workflow of project governance
- Conduct and schedule project meetings
- Organized, multi-tasking, tracking on client mails/tasks and reverting them on time.
- Gather and document requirements as an outcome of meetings or coordination attempts
- Conduct and schedule project meetings
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of work
- Knowledge of project management software like Basecamp etc.
- Manage project plans and reporting to various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration and team working, as well as ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Should have highly developed all round interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, customer facing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
