- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Fashion, Digital Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing preferably from a digital creative agency/fashion brand
- Creative copywriting skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Oversee social media accounts’ design
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and content ideas
- Develop an optimal posting schedule
- Leverage the right tools to manage your content.
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varanasi, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)
