Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative Strategy Plan and execute SEO-friendly content across website, blogs, product pages, and marketing materials.

Create and manage Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and viral-worthy content tailored to health-conscious, trend-savvy audiences.

Collaborate with graphic designers and sales teams to deliver compelling content and conversion-driven creatives.

Digital Marketing & PerformanceRun paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROI.Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement.Improve organic and paid growth on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Increase website and eCommerce traffic, reduce bounce rates, and drive signups and purchases. Brand & Community BuildingOwn and manage the LinkedIn accounts of both the founder and Cherry Merry—craft thought leadership, founder stories, and brand narrative.Build strong influencer collaborations and micro-influencer networks to amplify brand reach and credibility.Strategize and execute contests, giveaways, wellness challenges, and UGC campaigns to engage and grow the community. Events, Activations & PartnershipsPlan and drive on-ground events, sampling pop-ups, and wellness campaigns.Collaborate with corporates, wellness coaches, dietitians, and event partners for co-branded activations.Ensure all event branding and promotional materials align with Cherry Merry’s clean and vibrant identity. General Marketing OperationsManage the content calendar, align all marketing efforts with product launches, festive promos, and seasonal pushes.Maintain high-quality branding across all touchpoints (website, social, offline).Stay updated with industry trends, competitor moves, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of the curve.What We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand marketingProficiency in ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), analytics tools, etcStrong understanding of content that resonates on Instagram, LinkedIn, and wellness eCommerceExcellent communication, creativity, and campaign execution skillsPassion for clean food, wellness, and eco-conscious living (huge plus)
