**Job Title**:PeopleSoft Administrator**

**Location: Remote(INDIA)**

**Duration: 12+ Months**

**Direct Client**
- System Administration:

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to the PeopleSoft environment as needed.
- Configure security settings and permissions within PeopleSoft to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
- Database Administration:

- Manage and maintain PeopleSoft databases, including database creation, configuration, tuning, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries and database configurations for improved efficiency.
- Implement data retention policies and ensure data integrity and security within the PeopleSoft databases.
- User Support:

- System Integration:

- Configure and maintain integration points between PeopleSoft and external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Automation and Scripting:

- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency in managing the PeopleSoft environment.
- Automate routine maintenance tasks, such as database backups, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, usage statistics, and security compliance for management review.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices in PeopleSoft administration and enterprise software management.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the PeopleSoft environment to enhance performance, security, and usability.
