**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage product development while also leading sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, improving product features, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**A) Product Management**
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Work closely with tech and design teams to develop and launch new features.
- Analyze product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to translate customer needs into product solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**B) Sales Management**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify potential customers, pitch solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Lead a small team of sales executives (if applicable), and guide them toward meeting targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Track sales metrics, create reports, and provide insights to leadership.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of both product lifecycle and sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and product analytics tools.
- Ability to balance customer needs with technical constraints.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in a Sales or Product role (ideally in a tech or B2B company).
- Proven success in meeting product and sales KPIs.
