**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **dynamic and driven Product & Sales Strategist** to play a hybrid role—**leading product development and owning sales strategy & execution.** This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll help shape our roadmap, interact directly with customers, and drive revenue growth.

**What You’ll Do**

**Product Management**
- Define and prioritize the **product roadmap** based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Collaborate with **tech and design teams** to deliver impactful features.
- Use tools like **Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel** to analyze product performance and user behavior.
- Work with **Sales & Customer Success** teams to turn insights into features.
- Monitor **market trends and competitors** to identify new growth opportunities.

**Sales Management**
- Develop and execute winning **sales strategies** to meet growth targets.
- Identify, pitch, and **close high-value B2B deals** with SMEs, wholesalers, and buyers.
- (Optional) Lead and mentor a **small team of sales executives** to achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with key accounts**.
- Track **sales metrics**, generate performance reports, and share insights with leadership.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-6 years of experience in **Sales, Product Management, or both**—preferably in a tech-first or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of both the **product lifecycle** and **sales cycle**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Proficiency with **CRM tools** (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and **product analytics tools**.
- A strategic mindset with a **hands-on, get-it-done attitude**.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business, Engineering**, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in **meeting product and sales KPIs**.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
