**Job Summary**: A Document Scanning Operator is responsible for converting paper-based documents into digital formats using high-speed scanning machines and software. They ensure the accurate and timely scanning of various types of documents, maintain the quality of the digital output, and ensure that all scanned documents are properly stored and organized.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**-**Collection of Physical Documents: You will be responsible for collecting physical documents from respective departments with the assistance of a official.
- Preparation of Documents for Scanning: Prepare the documents for scanning.
- Scanning: Use an scanner to scan the documents and save the scanned output on the provided laptop. The scanner and laptop are already available on site.
- Scanning Resolution: The scanning resolution is to be set at 200 DPI.
- Asset Management: The scanner and laptops are kept in the officials' room. You must collect these assets at the beginning of each day and return them at the end of the day. During breaks, ensure the room is locked and notify the concerned official.
- Document Handling: Handle all documents with utmost care as they are very sensitive.
- Training and Support: A detailed training session will be provided by our team leader, who will also be your point of contact for any assistance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in document scanning or related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating scanning machines and software.
- Familiarity with file formats like PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality digital output.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication for reporting and collaboration with team members.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
