Machine Operator/labourer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist machine operators in feeding agricultural residue (such as crop waste, husk, and straw) into processing units

Monitor machine operations and report any irregularities or mechanical issues

Help clean, maintain, and lubricate machines for smooth operation

Remove finished bio-coal products and stack them appropriately

Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times

Assist in loading/unloading raw material and finished goods

Keep the work area clean and organized

Support the maintenance team during minor repairs or shutdowns

**Qualifications**:
10th

Basic understanding of machine operations or previous experience in a factory setting is an advantage

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25-30 kg as required

Willingness to work in dusty, warm environments and handle agricultural material

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

**Working Conditions**:
Factory-based role with exposure to heat, noise, and dust

May require standing for long hours and performing repetitive tasks

Training will be provided on safety procedures and machine use
