Job Title**:Billing Executive & Compliance Officer - Construction (Plumbing, Fire Fighting, MEP)**

Location: G65,Sector 63 noida

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring compliance across multiple projects in plumbing, fire fighting, and MEP services at various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Billing & Invoicing**:

- Prepare accurate invoices for each project based on work completion, material usage, and contract terms.
- Manage progress and milestone billing for ongoing projects.
- **Payment Follow-up**:

- Track payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
- **Compliance Management**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes on all project sites.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, permits, insurance, and certifications.
- **Document Control**:

- Organize and manage all project billing and compliance documentation.
- Support audits by providing required financial and compliance records.
- **Site Coordination**:

- Liaise with site managers to resolve billing and compliance-related issues.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years in billing and compliance within construction (preferably plumbing, fire fighting, or MEP).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction billing, cost management, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions:

- Full-time, with occasional travel between project sites.
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Pay: ₹15,899.00 - ₹33,314.29 per month
