**Job description**

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for managing and reconciling payments related to executive compensation within the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of the payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Well versed in patient billing (normal patient billing, OPD, IPD & CGHS)
- To reconcile daily receive cash with bank receipt.
- Pass Credit Note/Debit Notes adjustment for TNP samples.
- Process patient billing cancellation.
- Reconcile client ledger & take adjustment entries.
- Review daily patient billing & process cancellation for TNP samples.
- Coordinate & resolve team ad hoc queries.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & Good knowledge of excel
- Monitors cash Deposits and activities related to scroll handling to ensure accuracy in daily reporting.
- To track billing controls and ensure errors-free billing at front end.
- Meeting deadlines for providing of MIS.
- Minimize Billing errors and Zero revenue leakages due to the same.
- Minimum Inventory & Receivable levels and adherence to norms.
- Minimum adverse audit issues (statutory and internal).
- Adherence to systems & processes.
