Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
a: Strong technical lead with 3 years of experience in implementation projects
c: Breakdown Functional Specification documents to System Specification documents, Technical Design documents
d: Ensure timely delivery of upgradations with precisely managed expectations across scope and cost

Technical Experience:
a: Strong product implementation experience in core banking products
b Good understanding of the Retail and Corporate Banking modules, Retail and Commercial Lending module
c: Experience in supporting governance activities such as Project status reporting, RAID log reporting taking ownership of critical issues through to resolution
d: Should have experience in developing products with agile methodologies
e: Ability to analyze and quickly fix production

Professional Attributes:
b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues
Additional Info:
a Good understanding for major banking modules like payments, deposits, CASA, Retail and Commercial
