Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 11+years.
- Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking product engineer with Finacle 11, including requirement analysis, product capabilities, and customization architecture.
- Strong expertise in handling Finacle interfacing requirements, including custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator.
- Proven experience in direct client interactions for requirement gathering and solution discussions.
- Strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
- Expertise in Finacle customization flow, including: New custom menus, Reports (MRT & Jasper), Batch job customization, Product menu customization, Finacle Integrator (FI) enhancements, EOD-BOD process debugging
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) within Finacle applications.
- Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
- Experience with Finacle Integrator and its feasible enhancements.
- Strong Finacle Core Banking functional knowledge.
- Solid understanding of banking domain concepts and terminologies.
- Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.
- Experience in Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
- Hands-on experience in best coding practices, security standards, unit testing, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and system designs.
- Strong research and benchmarking skills to evaluate technology against best-in-class solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client's requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation .
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers.
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it .
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements .
