The position reports to Group MD. The KRAs include:

- Strategic Business planning
- Corporate Finance and Fund raising
- Financial & Management Reporting,
- Risk Management, Budget Formulation & Controls,
- Corporate Governance, Statutory & Internal Audits
- Balance Sheets; Profit & Loss Accounts, Asset Management
- Direct/Indirect Taxation
- Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management,
- Treasury & Banking Operations,
- Transaction Advisories (JVs, New projects including Feasibility & Evaluation)
- MIS and analytics
- All Compliances etc.

The incumbent needs to be a change-agent having 21st century CFO tool-kit with passion for organization transformation thru embracing disruption, practicing agility, employing analytics and facilitating transformed work teams. It’s imperative that the incumbent leads integration of all business processes with company’s strategic architecture. The incumbent needs to shoulder additional responsibilities of steering emerging growth opportunities.
