**Who are we looking for?**

Looking for Level 3 resource, having around 2 years of experience in C#, WPF.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven Technical experience on C#, WPF
- C# should be in windows and web
- Good understanding of OOA/OOD.
- Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle, tools and processes.
- Creative problem solve and solution developer when presented with requirement or design specification
- Maintenance of development/QA tools and support the product released to market, resolves issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and deliver software implementations for the given requirement and design specification on time with quality.
- Own feature development from requirement understanding, design to implementation. Create design and technical documents for the components/module developed.
- Ability to Analyze, Review Specifications
- Knowledge on development tools, processes, quality aspects
- High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
- Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with mínimal guidance
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues
- Flexible to accommodate the work assigned as per the project requirement
- Should be flexible to own up the assigned tasks and complete it as per instructions from the project.

**Desired Skills**
- Create, execute and document the unit/module level test cases and provide reports.
- Web Technology: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Web Services.
- Familiarity with development tools like - Visual Studio Code, GIT.
- Should have the ability to express design ideas and thoughts

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of development/QA tools and support the product released to market, resolves issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and deliver software implementations for the given requirement and design specification on time with quality.
- Own feature development from requirement understanding, design to implementation. Create design and technical documents for the components/module developed.
- Create, execute and document the unit/module level test cases and provide reports.
- Find creative, innovative solutions to problems
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skill
- Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow
- Write and continually update documentation for all programs for internal and external reference
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information
- Troubleshoot to resolve issues.

**Process Skills**:

- Agile - Scrum
- Experience using task tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or equivalent

**Behavioral Skills**:

- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Reports progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner. In particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality.
- Works with/helps other team members to resolve technical issues.
- Interpersonal skills

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Engineering

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
