What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C# WPF desktop applications and React JS web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior team members.

What Were Looking For
Experience
Mandatory:

• 6-9 years of experience in software development with C# WPF and React JS.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

Technical Expertise
Mandatory:

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and WPF.
• Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of software design patterns and principles.

Preferred:

• Certification in C# or React JS.

Soft Skills
Mandatory:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in mentoring junior team members.
