Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads from various sources and assess their potential.

Filter and prioritize leads based on relevance and business goals.

Follow-ups and Conversion:
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication and build trust.

Work towards achieving conversion targets effectively.

Client Feedback:
Reach out to clients for service feedback and document their suggestions.

Coordinate with the team to implement improvements based on feedback.

Prospecting and Sourcing:
Actively explore and identify new business opportunities from multiple sources.

Stay proactive in engaging with potential clients or stakeholders.

Flexibility in Tasks:
Be open to handling diverse tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.

Report Generation:
Maintain detailed reports of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and task updates.

Share periodic updates and insights with the team for strategic planning.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

A proactive and flexible attitude towards work.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
