Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). The content should be engaging and on-brand, meant to excite and attract our audience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Trend & Tools Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Incorporate new tactics and innovative strategies into our social media plans to keep our brand at the forefront of industry developments.
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used. Monitor social media analytics with social media management tools, providing reports on key metrics and making strategic adjustments as needed to optimize the performance of our content.
- Content Calendar & Organic Strategy: Create and manage a content calendar for each project, ensuring that our social media platforms are populated with fresh, high-quality content consistently. Formulate organic social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Inorganic Campaigns: Have the ability to create and run paid social media campaigns as per the business requirements, ensuring the best ROI for every campaign.

**Qualification**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
- Fluency in Tamil (both read and write) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, as well as experience with social media management tools.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Basic Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics; understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
