As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing team to support the company's social media initiatives. You will assist in creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, generating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing and social media management.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in developing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach.

Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.

Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize social media content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.

Help manage and grow social media communities by engaging with the audience, initiating discussions, and fostering a positive brand image.

Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports on key performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, providing insights and recommendations for incorporating them into the company's social media strategy.

Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in social media marketing to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
