**Job Description: NGO Assistant Internship**

**About Us**: The Children's Welfare Charitable Trust is dedicated to empowering communities and improving the lives of children through various initiatives. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Intern to join our team and help us organize impactful events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and organizing events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants.
- Help promote events through social media and other channels.
- Support event execution and manage on-site activities.
- Collect feedback and assist in post-event analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social work and community development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus, but not required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Applicants must have their own laptop.
