Food Technologist

**We're Hiring: Full-Time Food Technologist**

**Pachranga International Inc.** is seeking a Food Technologist to join our team You'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing recipes and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure our products are safe, efficient, and meet high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and enhance recipes while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

2. ⁠Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure they are efficient and cost-effective.

3. ⁠Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Management

4. ⁠Ensure daily maintenance of all production, quality, hygiene, traceability, and regulatory documentation as per FSSAI guidelines.

5. ⁠Monitor and log critical control points, such as raw material inspections, equipment maintenance, and pest control.

6. ⁠Maintain traceability records for raw materials and finished products, ensuring batch-wise accountability.

7. ⁠Ensure adherence to regulations like **ISO, FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, HALAL Certification, GMP**, and related standards. Understanding of **FDA**regulations will be a plus.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Food Technology/ B.Sc. or a related field.

3. ⁠Sound knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.

4. ⁠Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)

5. ⁠A big plus if you are already based out of Panipat, Haryana.
