Location: Panipat, Haryana

Salary: ₹2.25–₹2.75 LPA

Pachranga International Inc. (Est. 1943) is a heritage FMCG brand, trusted for our pickles, murabbas, ready-to-eat products & more.

We're seeking a qualified Food Technologist to oversee food safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality systems — ensuring our products meet FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, and GMP requirements.

What You'll Do:

Act as Technical Person In-Charge as per the FSSAI license

Ensure compliance with FSSAI terms & global standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, GMP; FDA knowledge a plus)

Maintain production, hygiene, quality & traceability records

Manage recall procedures & customer complaint investigations

Conduct internal hygiene & GMP audits with corrective actions

Approve & audit suppliers for regulatory compliance

Develop and optimise recipes for safety, cost, and quality

Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) – raw materials, equipment, pest control

Train teams on hygiene, GMP, and food safety

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Food Technology / B.Sc. Food Science or related field

1+ years in food manufacturing & compliance (freshers with strong basics welcome)

Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO systems

Skilled in documentation, internal audits & vendor compliance

Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs

Based in or willing to relocate to Panipat, Haryana
