Job description:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Product Listing Management**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Etsy and eBay with accurate descriptions, prices, and specifications.
- Upload high-quality images that align with the brand’s aesthetic and platform guidelines.
- Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and are well-categorized for customer searchability.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Research relevant keywords to improve product visibility on Etsy and eBay.
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions tailored to each platform’s audience.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and update listings to reflect current availability.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely updates and avoid overselling.

**Order Management**:

- Assisted in processing orders and ensuring accurate tracking information was updated for customers.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, including returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Analyze listing performance using platform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across listings.
- Stay updated on Etsy and eBay trends and implement strategies to improve the store’s performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Etsy or eBay stores (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific requirements.
- Strong writing skills for crafting engaging and accurate product descriptions.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques for e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce management tools.
