**FamliDoc: INNOVATIVE HOME HEALTHCARE STARTUP**

We require a qualified **Medical Representatives** who has been in the healthcare industry for minimum 3-4 years. She/he should be confident of securing at least 30 subscribers in a month for FamliDoc Home Healthcare Services Program.

**Skills set required: -**
- She/he should built a significant network with patients, health conscious families, elderly clients, corporate clients and post hospitalization and care patients as well as with those who require a mental and physical counseling and therapies.
- Should visit regularly at least 10 specialist doctors per week for propagating and convincing the need for home healthcare services for their patients.
- Should be qualified sales expert with extensive knowledge of the best methods for promoting and selling home healthcare services, including marketing strategies and demonstrations.
- Exceptional customer service representative who should understand how to assess customer’s needs, evaluate satisfaction, and meet quality standards.
- Visit RWA corporate, hospital and nursing homes to explain them our model and to promote our services.
- Make presentations and organize camps to prospective groups.
- Attended sales meetings to track business trends, market conditions, and industry developments.
- Speak on the phone or in person with customers, answer questions, and address concerns and Inform customers about the benefits of our service.
- Contact potential new clients and existing clients to discuss new services the company offered and how the customers could benefit from them.
- Assist customers in choosing the best services to meet their medical needs.
- Navigate E.H.R to maintain client records and make adjustments when necessary.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software including EHR.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral skills in English.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
All the representatives are requested to wear mask all the time and should be vaccinated against COVID.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi - 110017, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
