Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply of medical and surgical items.
- Order and replenish stock as needed to meet hospital demands.
- Implement and maintain stock rotation, tracking expiration dates to remove obsolete or expired items.
- Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Enforce and comply with health and safety regulations within the store.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the store premises.
- Procurement & Vendor Relations:

- Receive, check, and store incoming medical supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Prepare and submit reports on damaged or incorrect items for claims or returns.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate computerized records of inventory transactions, stock movements, and consumption patterns.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory and stock reports to management.
- Staff Supervision:

- Supervise and train store staff, including performance evaluations and task delegation.
- Assign duties and manage the labor schedule for store personnel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
