**Job Requirements**Job description
- Should have more than 6+ years of experience in EMS, with knowledge related to SMT + (Wave+ Hand + Robotic + selective) soldering’s+ Test + Backend Assembly+ Potting + Conformal Coating+ Wash process + inline/ Xray + Depanelization (V-grove + Router) + AOI + FPT + ICT + Press Fit.
- Knowledge in RFQ process (includes Provides Manufacturing Cost + NRE)
- Experience in Developing Should cost Model for PCBA, Bare PCB, Displays, Antenna & Sensor.
- Should be able to develop idle process flow based on the BoM and assembly requirements.
- Should have experience in providing suitable panel proposal for PCB supplier based on EMS Line capability.
- Should know basic understanding of each PCBA manufacturing equipment make and it’s specification.
- Prior experience in NPI (3+ years) is required.
- Prior experience in RFQ (3+ years) is required.
- Prior experience in Global sourcing (3+ Years) is required
- Vendor/Supplier Management.
- Basic Knowledge in Should Cost & Could Cost.
- Prior experience in Advanced excel & Macros
- Complete understanding on BOM (capability of understanding different Levels of BOM)
- Basic knowledge in ECN / ECO process.
- Knowledge in Test cycle time and Test NRE will be added advantage.
