**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across various social platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, memes, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and leverage opportunities for engagement and content creation
- Engage with potential clients through WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn messaging to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency and voice.
- Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to social media algorithms, features, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, memes, and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a passion for engaging with online communities.
- Social media marketing certification or relevant training is a plus.
