**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 7 to 8 **years** of experience as a **PA to Principal or Executive Assistant**, preferably in a CBSE school.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, English, or a related field.
- **CBSE Expertise**: Strong knowledge of CBSE documentation and correspondence.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- **Professionalism**: Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and organizational ability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the Principal’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in drafting letters, reports, circulars, and other official documents as per CBSE guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to CBSE compliance and school operations.
- Liaise with CBSE officials, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders professionally.
- Organize school events, conferences, and travel arrangements for the Principal.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations by supporting the Principal in various school functions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹57,400.00 - ₹62,300.00 per month
