**Job Description: Personal Assistant to Principal**

**Position Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principal, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to the school's principal or organizational leader. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the principal's office by managing daily tasks, handling communication, and coordinating various activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar Management:

- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the principal.
- Manage the principal's calendar to optimize their time efficiently.

- Maintain an organized and efficient office space for the principal.
- Manage and prioritize incoming documents, ensuring timely review and action.

4. Travel Arrangements:

- Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the principal when required.

5. Meeting Coordination:

- Arrange and prepare materials for meetings attended by the principal.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as necessary.

6. Confidentiality:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

7. Task Prioritization:

- Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines for the principal.
- Ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other administrative staff to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information or facilitate projects as needed.

9. Event Planning:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, conferences, or workshops organized by the principal.

10. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of important documents, contacts, and information.

11. Problem Solving:

- Address issues or challenges that arise in the principal's office promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- **Min 5 Years** of experience
- Monthly salary between **20,000 to 30,000 INR**.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ranchi, Jharkhand (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Relocate before starting work (required)
