1. Carry out risk assessment to identify potential, perceived and present risk to the business and take proactive and practical control measures to reduce, minimize and eliminate identified risk.

2. Interact regularly with management, operations and other functions on matters concerning security, Loss Prevention, associated matters to explain and improve security awareness.

3. Ensuring the security procedures are integrated and aligned to operational requirements each should complement one another and help in effective process flow to reduce risk, losses and assists in enhance business performance.

4. Constant review of security procedures and parameters by carrying out security audit, visits, security assessment and review to provide uninterrupted security support to PPC, HUB & DCs.

5. Ensuring that the operations staff are updated on the security procedures and follow it at all times.

6. Keep constant vigil to foresee emerging security threats and incorporate relevant technology such as CCTV, alarm systems and other physical security measures and exploit its full potential for proactive security cover and investigations. Also be responsible to install, manage and maintenance such devices with the help of IT, vendor and other support elements.

7. Identify, investigate and resolve cases of theft, pilferage, loss to the company with an aim to reduce and recover the loss and apprehend the culprit

8. Assist operation team/ management / custodian of goods/ process owner or others in lodging police complaint/ FIR and as demanded by the situation to pursue and safe guard companys legitimate business interest.

9. Maintain liaison with Police and Government authorities to ensure the companies objectives are met in case of eventualities.

10. Manage outsourced security agency and ensure that security guards are deployed to meet our security requirement. Ensuring that the guards are well aware of their responsibility and comply with the laid down procedures.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹48,570.25 per month
