1. Provides accurate, timely, & relevant financial information’s to management by reviewing and analysing accounting data & relevant reports.

2. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

3. Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.

4. Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

5. Ensure timely and accurate accounting of all transactions.

6. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

7. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

8. Ensure timely bank payments i.e. Employee’s salary, Challan Payments, vendor payments etc.

9. Ensure to regular tax related compliances & payments.

10. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

11. Regular review & analysis of financial transactions and documents.

12. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

13. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.

15. Cash management in an effective way as to control expenditures.

16. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

17. Identify areas for process improvements and implement the same.

18. Liaising with internal and external auditors for smooth closure of audits and resolution of queries.

19. Ensure financial discipline and control to prevent any revenue leakage or unnecessary expense.

20. Strive to build and implement internal controls and checks.

21. Organise and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
