**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**A. **Sales & Business Development:
**1.** Identify and target potential clients, including individual traders, institutional investors, and corporate clients.

**2.** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

**3. **Generate leads through various channels such as industry networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.

**4. **Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

**5.** Present MAKDFS’s suite of products, including spot trading, futures, staking, DeFi services, and educational solutions, to prospective clients.

**B.** Client Relationship Management:
**1. **Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

**2. **Understand client objectives and customize MAKDFS’s offerings to meet their specific needs.

**3. **Provide clients with timely market insights, trading strategies, and product updates to enhance their engagement with MAKDFS.

**4.** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

**C.** Sales Operations:
**1.** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

**2. **Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

**3. **Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and compliance, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

**4. **Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

**D.** Key Skills & Qualifications:
**1. **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in sales or finance is also considered.

**2. **Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, financial or educational services sectors.

**3. **Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, trading platforms, and financial products.

**4. **Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.

**5. **Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

**6.** Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret market data and client needs.

**7. **Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with trading platforms and financial technology is advantageous.

**8. **Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
