**Role: Associate/Sr.Associate-Corp Compliance**
**Company Description**:
Kazam is an electric vehicle ecosystem that provides a super-app for managing a driver's charging needs, an agnostic ERP software for organisations to manage any charging hardware, and IoT-enabled plug-and-play charging stations for micro-entrepreneurs to own. The company is based in Bengaluru, India.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convening and providing administration for annual general meetings: for example, producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, and handling meeting correspondence.
- Attending Live Board Meetings virtually and drafting Board Resolutions, Notices & agendas, Director Reports, and Minutes of Board/ Shareholder/ Committee.
- Preparing packs for Boards and Boards committees in consultation with the CSD/ CAM and the Compliance Team.
- Drafting service agreements, engagement letters, and billing files.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Undertake all activities professionally and ethically.
- Attend and actively participate in internal meetings and initiatives.
- Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
- Contribute to the overall positive working environment with impeccable conduct.
- Coordinate with Investors on the funding-related activities.
- Drive overall compliance of Alternatives Investment Funds and Schemes of Alternative Investment Funds for the entities' and stakeholders' smooth functioning.
- Vendor Registration /NDA Agreement Handling / Weekly Reports and Communication/Bank Communications and Documentation / Outstanding Reports Analysis
- Inward and Outward Remittances (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have experience in Scheduling and drafting of Notices, Agendas, Resolutions, and Minutes of Board Meetings.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for keeping up to date with legislation.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and diplomacy
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
- Solid knowledge of MS Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high-quality work in a changing environment.
**Experience**: 3-5 yrs
**Location**:Bangalore
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
