We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pack products efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Label packages accurately with shipping details.
- Ensure all packing materials are used properly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous packing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
