The Boiler First Class Operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of boilers and associated systems. This role requires expertise in ensuring that boilers are running at peak efficiency while meeting safety and environmental standards. They monitor boiler operations, perform troubleshooting, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Boiler Operation**: Operate and monitor industrial boilers to generate steam or hot water used in industrial processes, heating, and power generation.
- **System Monitoring**: Continuously monitor pressure gauges, temperature gauges, and fuel meters to ensure proper system functioning.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components of the boiler system.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve any mechanical or operational issues with boilers, pumps, control systems, and other associated equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that the boiler operations comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards. Follow safety procedures and take corrective actions in case of any emergencies or irregularities.
- **Records and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and any repairs performed. Submit regular reports to management regarding system performance and issues.
- **Fuel Management**: Monitor fuel supplies (e.g., natural gas, coal, or oil) and ensure they are efficiently utilized, ordering additional supplies as needed.
- **Temperature and Pressure Adjustments**: Adjust valves, burners, and other control devices to regulate the temperature and pressure of the system as needed.
- **System Efficiency**: Monitor boiler efficiency, adjusting operations to reduce fuel consumption and improve cost-effectiveness.
- **Training and Supervision**: In some cases, provide training and supervision to junior operators or trainees, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
