**Job Overview**:
Startek is hiring for the Blinkit DP IB Process This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work from home with a reputed company. If you have a laptop and a stable internet connection, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer queries related.
- Provide efficient resolution and support to customers.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and work schedules.
- Manage assigned tasks within the stipulated work hours.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Must have a laptop with at least an Intel i3 or 4th generation processor.
- Minimum of 4GB RAM required.
- Strong and stable WiFi connection.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Shift**: 9 hours total (including a 1-hour break).
- **Login Hours**: 8 hours per day.
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off.
- **Leave Policy**: No leaves will be granted for the first 3 months of employment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
