- Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point, project, excel are critical for the job
- Strong communication skills
- String analytical skill
- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools
- Good facilitation skills
- Good team player and should be able to manage a team of Quality Analysts
- Flexible to work in 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)
- Needs to have good working knowledge of T&TQ (Training & Transaction Quality) systems, tools and technologies

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of utilization, efficiency and available data for the process
- Understate detailed process improvement studies and up skill the team members
- Drive culture of continues improvement
- Provide training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements
- Managing Quality performance for multiple accounts/LOB's
- Drive continuous improvement program across processes
- Should meet and exceed client metrics: External and Internal Quality metric should be consistently green
- Ability to get out of the box ideas and process improvement initiatives in the process
- Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge

Educational Qualification : Graduate or postgraduate.
