Telesales Executive

**Prospecting**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or generated lists.
- **Qualification**: Determine the needs and preferences of clients through effective questioning and active listening.
- **Presentation**: Present real estate products and services to clients, emphasizing their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- **Objection Handling**: Address any concerns or objections raised by clients, providing accurate information and reassurance to encourage conversion.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any stream or additional education in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. (Min 06 months - 1 year.)
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner, ability to convey information persuasively and confidently.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service at all times.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Basic excel and computer knowledge.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- **Salary**: Up to 10k (totally depends on interview).
