**Job Description**:

- Offshore QA for the Canada project.
- Develop and implement test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, considering various testing levels (unit, integration, system, regression, etc.).
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by existing test cases.
- Lead and contribute to the development of automated test scripts.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
- Provide detailed defect reports and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Analyze performance test results and collaborate with development teams to address performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams.
- Clearly communicate testing progress, results, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related aspects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good to have SQL and database testing experience.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Tester) and automation frameworks/tools are a plus
