**Designation: Academic Assistant**
Established in 2012, the **Medhavi Foundation** is the parent body of Medhavi Skills University. It is a Section 8 Not-For-Profit company and is a recognized training partner for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Medhavi Foundation is empaneled with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and Basic Training Provider for the promotion of apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
**Overview of the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Assistant to join our team at **Medhavi Foundation**. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the documental records.
As an Academic Assistant, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain records, preparing academic materials and assisting in the library making process.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline documental records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple documentation simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse need.
**Responsibilities**:
- Designing and formatting academic reports, records and statistical statements as required by the team.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive contents design and fonts for a better aspect.
- Assisting in library making process.
- Designing PPTs as per requirement.
- Maintaining academic and curriculum records effectively for future reference.
**Key Competencies**:
- Very good English language skills - spoken and written.
- Adept at MS Office - Word and PowerPoint. Comfortable with Basic MS Excel.
- Readiness to learn and take on additional responsibility, when required.
- Presentation skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking, time management, planning and organising skills.
